When using a gym facility, you agree to follow its posted rules, respect staff and other members, and use equipment safely and as intended. The gym may revoke access for misconduct.
The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Fit Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
We or your gym may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we consider harmful to the Service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
